CMA Dishmachines MODEL GW-100 Carousel Details
The CMA GW-100 low temperature glassware sanitizer can wash up to 1,000, 2 1/2" glasses an hour, due to its independent upper and lower wash and rinse arms which guarantee a superior clean each time.
The GW-100 can be used with both chlorine and iodine sanitizers. There's a built-in, 1.5 kW electric tank heater on the GW-100 that maintains the recirculated wash water in the recommended 140 degrees Fahrenheit, and also comes with a flexible rinse temperature. The GW-100 is constructed out of stainless steel and comes with a design for undercounter operation that was silent. It takes a 120V connection.
