CMA Dishmachines MODEL S-B Details
The CMA S-B low temperature dishwasher that is straight conveniently meets all CSA, UL and NSF sanitation and construction standards without the need for booster or tank replacements. It's perfect for washing pots and pansup to 27" high.
Using a 90-second wash cycle, the CMA S-B dishwasher that is straight can clean up to 80 standard dish racks per hour. The CMA S-B double rack dishwasher uses 3 gallons of water per rack. Its pump eliminates dirt during the rinse cycle, trapping plate debris in a Poly Pro scrap accumulator that is built-in, maintaining the wash water clean.
As part of its spray arm system that is unique, upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps provide cleaning.
The CMA S-B low temperature dishwasher features a top mounted control box, complete with a system that is deliming and chemical pumps to assure proper chemical usage. Its stainless steel construction ensures a long life and years of trouble free operation within your commercial kitchen. Includes 2 dishracks. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
