Created for software, this dish machine uses a power skillet two wash phases, and rinse phases to ensure results that are clean, and moves stands of soiled left to right across a conveyor. This system allows it to handle up to 243 racks per hour, while utilizing just 0.49 gallons of water per rack. An auto start / stop feature takes of the guesswork and in addition, it boasts an soil purging system that reproduces debris into a tray that is external.
