The CMA E-AH low temperature single rack directly dishwasher provides a "green" alternative for industrial dishwashing, using just 1.01 gallons of water per cycle.
Using a 90-second wash cycle, the CMA E-AH straight dishwasher can wash up to 40 standard dish racks per hour. Its new incorporated Poly Pro scrap accumulator prevents food dirt from getting into the drain system.
Its stainless steel construction ensures a long life and years of trouble free operation inside your commercial kitchen. It needs a 115V electrical connection. As part of its distinctive spray arm system, upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps give excellent cleaning.
