The CMA-180-S single rack high temperature directly dishwasher is ideal for both glassware and dishware, and can accommodate up products to 17 1/2" high. Using a 1-minute wash cycle and one hp wash pump, the CMA-180-S straight dishwasher can wash up to 60 regular dish racks per hour. Other helpful features of this CMA-180-S high temperature directly dishwasher comprise a water pressure regulator valve and a water tight top mounted control box with a rack counter, elongated delimer switch, and easy to read controls.
The CMA-180-S single rack dishwasher just uses .82 gallons of water per cycle, which makes it economical to operate and friendly to the environment. Upper and lower rotating wash and wash arms give excellent cleaning. The CMA-180-S single rack high temperature dishwasher incorporates an automated soil purging system that traps plate debris at a removable outside drawer, maintaining the wash water clean.
