The CMA-180T-S single rack high temperature directly tall dishwasher is perfect for both glassware and dishware, and has a 27" high door opening to accommodate larger items. Its"split" design accommodates sheet pans, and lowers the overall open-door height of the machine to 93 1/2", a benefit for dish rooms with low ceilings!
With a wash cycle and one hp wash pump, the dishwasher that is tall can wash up to 60 regular dish racks per hour. The CMA-180T-S dishwasher just uses 1.24 gallons of water per cycle, making it economical to operate and friendly to the environment.
Upper and lower rotating wash and wash arms give cleaning. Specially designed pull-pins permit the wash arms to be easily removed for maintenance.
The rack high temperature dishwasher incorporates an automated soil purging system that traps plate debris in a removable drawer that is outside , keeping the wash water cleaner.
Other features of this high temperature directly tall dishwasher include a water tight top and a water pressure regulator valve mounted control box with controls that are easy to read, and a rack counter, delimer switch that is extended. It needs a 208/240V, 1 phase electrical connection.
